Good for 2016

Received my 2016 Gun Club card today, good for another year. Range is private club about 30 minutes west of me. 6 open pistol and AW bays, trap
and 2 covered rifle bays IPSC. 3yr waiting list. Not the biggest but they are not making any more...unless you figure the mega dollar commercial ones!
Nice thing is you some times have to call a cease fire for wildlife crossing down range and observing rams in the rocks above it!

Dan,

Go for it! My nearby gun club charges $15 for senior citizens. It is a nice club 1 mile from the farm with 6 covered firing points/benches. I have been a member since 1988. During the week I am usually alone on the range and have seen deer, turkey and bears stroll across downrange.

I have several ranges here on my 60-acre farm out to 400 yards. I will put up a cover for my two firing point benches this year.

Adam

gave up my gun club membership. Just too many health problems, and I was not getting there often enough to justify the expense.
My son bought some property outside of town, and I can shoot out to 700 yards there. He built me a berm as well, for my pistol shooting. What a great kid, eh?

I would love that myself!! I could make a range like that out at my cousins ranch, but its about a 3 hour drive.

And worst of all, in Soviet Kanada it is illegal to shoot pistols anywhere EXCEPT at a Government approved licensed and insured gun range....This goes for all Restricted firearms(All pistols, certain long rifles such as AR Variants)

I had heard that a few years back, had hoped it had changed. Really a bummer....hang in there.

Dan,
Kinda off the subject but I was wondering if the "Baja" club was still around in Denver. Cud and I use to tip a few beers there back in 1967.
