Billy D, I would agree, Except I got my 5 1/2" SS blackhawk in
.44 Mag. That's because I already had a Marlin 1895 in 44 Mag.
I think that the 44 Mag is more flexible and more available.
K.I.S.S. (keep it simple stupid.) IMHO.
