Help a new guy!

Hey everyone.....I just got stationed in Las Vegas, which is not really my style, but I'm trying to make the best of it. Is there any one in Nevada or Utah thats in a reasonable driving distance that would let me tag along on a coyote hunt one day? I'm very intrested in it, but have no experience hunting coyotes or the terrain out here in the west.
