Washington Rockchucks

I just found a good load for my .223, and it should be just about perfect for rockchucks. Anyone seen any yet? Now that I am living in Western Washington, it's a little hard to just "get out" and see if they have come out of hibernation. I want to load up the gun and go shoot some chucks, but I need to know if they are out yet. If not, when do they usually come out?
