CVA Apollo

I took a CVA Apollo on a bond. I had heard some bad things about them. I went to their site and it said if the serial number ends in, I cant remember right now the numbers, to send it in, dont shoot it. This one doesnt end in those numbers. Is it safe to shoot with two pellets? I dont want to shoot big charges.

Also, can it be changed over to take 209 primers?

This makes two muzzys Ive taken in this month for a grand total of $100 together. Cant be all bad.
