Carbon Tetrachloride

Just opened my first can of Birchwood and Casey Gun Scrubber. If my nose and memory deceive me not, it's carbon tetrachloride. It's not easy to find anymore. I don't suppose it is any nastier than a lot of the solvents we have around, like choke cleaner, and brake cleaner, but it is fairly nasty. One of its interesting properties is that it is one of the few solvents that will dissolve carbon.
