Still need BROWNIE recipies

I posted in outdoor cooking first, but so far nothing.

Here in Germany we (my wife and kids), have a brownie fettish, but cant find a real recipie for them. We like the moist chewy kind. My wife is making very valiant efforts, and we get very good choclate cake, not real brownies.

Somone here must have grandmas oridinal recipies stashed away.
