1911A1 Magazines

I was in a gun shop today when a chap sold a 1911A1 (Norinco) and about a dozen G.I magazines. He said he was retired military and was parting with his original magazines. The curios thing is that several have part numbers stamped into the bottom of the magazines. The inscriptions on several read: "19200- Assy 5508694 MFR. 1M291". The other magazines were either parkerized or blued and without inscription. The previous owner swears these are all ex-G.I. Anyone see this before? Let me know. I bought all of the magazines.
