8MM Turkish Ball ammo.

At the last gunshow I bought 3 blue cloth bandoleers of 70 rounds each of Turkish 8x57mm ammo for $7 each. The brass cased ammo has a nickel colored projectile and the ammo is put up on nice hefty brass chargers. It says on the headstamp "TOC/1939/7.9." The stuff is sure fire and accurate. I shot some yeaterday and the bullets punched right through a gong 3/4" thick of steel plate at 75 yards! I wish now I had bought more of this stuff. It has no markings to indicate armor piercing, but it sure acts like AP. I assumed the stuff is corrosive and water cleaned the bolt gun.

I need a source of late date non-corrosive 8mm Ball for the FNs and Hakims.
