Just got this off another board in Md
The Senate Judicial Proceedings Committee voted on SB 43 today. By a vote of 5-5 for an unfavorable report, the Committee killed SB 43. Voting Against SB 43 James Brochin Larry Haines Alex Mooney Bryan Simonaire Norman Stone Note: Nancy Jacobs was not present – she is out of town due to the death of her father yesterday. Voting For SB 43 Brian Frosh Lisa Gladden Jennie Forehand C. Anthony Muse Jamin Raskin A very close vote on this. If that jacobsgal hadda been there it may have gone the other way
