California
A fishing license is required for 16 and older. None required below that age limit. This year our fishing license fee was $37.30. It goes up pretty much each year. Now for MY question.... Dingle-Johnson Act  Is that for real? If so, I would have expected that to come straight from California...specifically a certain section of San Francisco!
