Adam, thanks for the heads up...it's in a sealed bag with an oiley rag and I will visit it monthly!My banker was receptive and drooled at it. Insurance was done Friday.
I never dreamed I was gonna stumble on this! Still in a state of shock! Dan  This one will go about 70/80%....dang nice.
