The word WEAPON

I was told quite early on when I started writing about hunting that weapon was not a word to be used. I was writing some advertising copy for our product at the time.

Since then, I try not to use that word in connection with hunting.

Don't know if it really makes a difference or not, but it is a pretty easy thing to do.
