Dillon 9mm

I just saw in the new Midway brochure a Dillon barrel for the Glock 20 that makes it a 9mm. Above it is Dillon 9mm ammo - the ad says it necks down a 10mm case for a 9mm bullet, producing very high velocities for an auto. They show velocities comparable to 357 mag. Ammo is expensive.

Does anyone out there have experience with this? Are there dies available?
