Question Rate of twist

I am eye-balling a Savage 10 in .243 because it is the cheapest on the rack ($310) it's the package deal (yes I will toss the cheap 'free' scope). But the Savage listing for the 22"bbl is a rate of 1 in 9.25 so could I use 90rain or higher ammo, or is this a light grain twist?

I am months away from purchase, still got bills to settle from the move.ect.ect............but I am going cheap. The .308 cost about $80 more, but I think .243 would work well here in Oklahoma........comment please
