Obviously this man thinks I am in better shape than I am...I am feelin the burn....and I have two scenario's of getting out of a chokehold....he says we have to burn them in my brain...Hey wouldnt this be cool, hire the guy to get you coming out of a public place...heck even private.....and make a surprise attack on you.....Oh what am I saying????:Might not be as good idea as I thought???
