				Magtech Factory Ammo

I have a Rossi carbine in 357 Mag that doesn't like lead bullets. Yeah, they shoot just fine, but I seem to have a rough edge somewhere that scrapes a little lead off and eventually the gun jambs. Rather that fix the problem (duh!) I asked my wife to pick me up a box of 357's in FMJ the next time she was in town. She brought back a box of Magtech 158 gr FMC-Flat. I was going on a hog hunt in a week and decided to zero the gun with the new ammo (we were using dogs and the shots would be less than 50 yds, so I figured a 357 would be just fine). My first test shot told me something was very different. I have fired a lot of 38's and 357's through this gun, but these Magtechs really barked. A dozen shots later my shoulder was black and blue. It was like this 357 was a +P ... or a 44 Mag! And, I was getting really good groups. Fast forward one week: One shot, one dead pig, dropped like a rock. Awesome. Now, if I can only duplicate this load on my reloading bench.
