Where are all the surplus arms?

I am having some difficulty finding decent surplus arms at reasonable prices. The websites that offer surplus arms seem to have fewer and fewer offerings. Are you folks seeing the same things? I know that collectors have been buying up guns for years and they seem to hold onto them. I keep looking, but the selection appears to be very limited. It is about like looking for silver coins.
