At a recent auction I bought a Coleman cooler full of new factory ammo. Paid a bit much but after all is said and done I ended up with 43 boxes of new stuff and 4 boxes of commercial reloaded 45 Colts. I even got a bunch of stuff I can use. Like 9 boxes of Winchester 222 and 5 boxes of 30-30 6 boxes of 243 Win. Even got a nice box of Winchester 38-55. Will that shoot in my 375 Win lever gun?? Nah..I ain't gonna shoot it.Even got 4 boxes of old Yellow boxed Win 44 Spec. Hey it don't kick in the ol 44 Mag.. There were a few boxes of 7.62 x39 that I traded for 270's and 7MM Mags.. paid an average of less than 4 bucks a box...so I think I did good. Also got 2 Lyman 4X scopes..and an old broke junker Hy Score. Sometimes even a blind chicken gets a grain of corn..
