I am glad that you like eating the geese. Let me know if you ever run short and I will ship some up to you. I used to feed them to my Piranha and am thinking about cutting the breasts up and mixing some of it in with my dog's food. About the only thing I like to do with geese is make jerky out of them.

I'll take a venison loin or steak over a goose breast any day.

By the way, I completely understand what you mean by the rifle going the way of the dino pretty soon. I think that is headed my way rather soon where I hunt because they are building development after development in that county. It truly sucks.
