Bullet and Patch Lube, again.

I have used commercial lubes with mixed results. I prefer to make up my own mix that is a "secret" "Hungarian Formula" gotten from long deceased Miklos Szalay. I put in Crisco, Aalox lube, some paraffin and a block of beeswax. I call the concoction "Webley Lube" in honor of my loyal Golden and shooting buddy. The stuff has "body" in hot weather and is still plyable in cold weather.

If anyone else has a lube formula, please advise because I like pure research. From my historical research, it seems the frontiersmen and mountain men concocted all sorts of stuff that worked.
