Elk Calls?

I am going Elk hunting in Colorado for the Oct. 15-19 rifle season and I am looking for any suggestions on what kind of calls I might want to carry. I have heard that they will propably be out of rut and I would need to use a cow call more vs. a bugle. If anybody can help me out, I would appreciate it.
