			I saw a sporterized 1891/30 Russian rifle that was in a sporter stock, had a bent bolt handle, Williams sights and a decent blue job.  The problem was in the safety arrangement.  The original safety had been altered, but not disabled and a small thumb safety was positioned near the root of the bolt handle.  The concern was that the safeties could be manipulated in such a manner as to cause the striker to fall when the safety was released.  I pointed this potential problem out to the shop owner.  His response was to let the buyer beware.  All the best...
