Cooking Carp

Catch or have someone catch you a grass carp.
Clean Scales off the Carp, Slice open the stomach, remove the guts, get a white pine board and shove the carp onto the pine board . bake at 450 Degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes , remove from oven let cool for about 15 minutes, then smear horseradish and mustard over entire lenght of carp, remove the Carp from the white pine board, throw away the Carp and eat the white pine board...........
