dmt also has a basic ojt lesson on sharpening classes at their site www.dmtsharp.com. they also have sharpening advice for tools such as saws, routers gardening tools etc if your interested. i would think you have a built in gene fer knife sharpening. the italians and spanish produced some of the finest swords in the world at one time. their rapiers were second to none.
