17 Gallons!
I just got back from giving my 136th blood donation, Yup, that's 17 gallons.
Not patting myself on the back here (darn hard to type while doing that) but just a reminder. Every pint of donated blood saves up to four lives. It doesn't hurt, it doesn't cost, and it makes you feel darn good to know that such a simple act saved a real life - maybe more than one. Do it. Often.
