Curt Gowdy
Passed away today. Back in the days, he hosted about the only outdoor show on Television, "American Sportsman" I think it was called. He was also a great sports announcer.
I saw a document on him many years ago and it really impressed me, he grew up in rural Wyoming, enjoyed the outdoors and lived his dream job. He was Big Medicine to me when I was a kid growing up with 2 TV stations.
