Treestands

This past fall I had an experience with a treestand, the climbing bar bolt in a Razor X-5, pulled out from one side. I feel it was a defect in the aluminium, not the manufactors' fault. I contacted the manufactor( Summit Treestands) and in about 2 weeks I had a complete top part of the Razor X-5, no questions asked. They even sent a FedX pickup, at no cost to me. To me someone that stands by their product gets a 100 % rating by me.
