What type of stone or sharpener ?

I have a medium arkansas stone and a barber razor strop stone my fater-in-law gave me many year ago, I spray WD-40 on both, I use the arkansas stone to put edge on, the I use the barber razor strop to put a keen edge on it, then I finish by stropping the knife blade on a piece of leather. It's a little more work but well worth it
