Just want to set the record straight. I gave this product rating of a scale of 0-10, my rating is -0-.
If I had the guy that said 225 protection area with me on the river stand, one of us wouldn't have came back.
I'm not saying that this product doesn't work here in U.S.A., but in Senneterre, Quebec, Canada, IT DOES NOT WORK,n period> I was so confident that this product would work, I left my bug dope with Deet, and bug net at camp.

I'd probably been better off taking the $50.00, 25.00 for Thermacell and 3 refills, and spending it on some good bourbon.

The next night I killed a 300 + Boar Black Bear with my recurve, but thanks to unscented Deep Woods OFF, and Head Net, and Duct Tape.

I even to be fair to the product, gave it a second chance . On a Porch of cabin and 8'X12', 4 of us set outside to have and evening drink, put the Thermacell in the center on floor, before we could finish drink, had to go inside, mosiqutos were eating us alive, and I have three hunting buddies that can testify to that.

So if you are going North to hunt, just get some good bug dope with Deet in it,a good headnet, and some Duct tape. And buy some good bourbon/or beer with the money that you plan to pay for the Thermacell.

I won't say a product works, when it DOES NOT !
