in a couple of days....got a new sex offender in the neighborhood, looked up the owner of the property on the Appraisers website...sent them a letter and all THEIR Neighbors the flyer and their Appraisal with a note" please be aware your neighbors (attached information) rented their property to a convicted sex offender in MY neighborhood. It is not appreciated. If they have no qualms about diminishing the value and safety of my community, think of the potential they have for yours"
