That there looks like some fine eating. It looks like you have got yourself a very nice butchering set-up there as well. Fair to assume that theres a pitched floor running to a floor drain with a water hose/sprayer nearby at the ready? The only thing missing in that bottom pic is the meat grinder, bone saw, and industrial freezer paper wrap!  S
