What's a good Christmas Gift

My father is a hunter and fisherman. He spent two and half months this summer fishing in Alaska. He's currently hunting pheasant in the Dakotas. He likes the outdoors and loves both hunting and fishing.

I'm looking for some ideas for a Christmas gift for him. Obviously he'll be getting a Gunslinger , but I want to get him more than that.

What would you guys recommend as a good Christmas gift for a hunter and fisherman? Something unique would be really nice.

I'd ask him, but he always says he wants wool socks, and what's the fun in that?

Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
