any game farm owners on here in southern africa?

hi,
i just registered on this site recently and dont see too much traffic in here, but here goes.
im looking for gamefarm owners in the southern africa area ( RSA, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe etc) who would be interested in supplying me with hunting concessions or packages for upcoming hunting seasons. willing to negotiate etc.
basically im just testing the waters to see if another safari/ ph/ hunting type business will be worth the effort before i commit and do all the training etc.
if any PH's are reading this - if you dont mind - can you recommend a good training school for PH in RSA? i have shortlisted 2 but i would welcome any advice.
