What did you get for Christmas?

I was in a gun shop on Saturday with my significant other. She enjoys looking at the various surplus arms. I found a few very nice Kar98ks that were captured by the Russians in WWII. They has the distinctive Soviet "x" on the receiver ring and they had dark bores (seems that Ivan was not inclined to clean captured arms). One rifle was a dou 42 and had a perfect bore so I told the shop owner to put it on layaway for me. At that point my significant other overruled me and said I was going to be taking the rifle home. I just cleaned the bore and it is mint. It was a very nice Christmas. All the best...
