The prices of surplus arms
I was in a gun shop recently and saw a British No. I Mark III .303 Enfield from WWI on the rack. That was the first rifle I ever owned and cost me $15.88 back in 1958. The one on the rack was in NRA good condition (which is not all that good) and had a hang tag price of $325.00. I suspect it will be there for a long time because other gun shops in the area have the same rifle for considerable less. Are you folks seeing prices on surplus guns go off the chart? Take care...
