Shotshell Reloading Equipment Recommendations

Hello, folks.

I have never reloaded anything, but I have been spending a great deal of time shooting skeet over the past several months, and would like to consider getting into reloading shotshells. I do not know anything about it. What are your recommendations for the most basic but essential reloading equipment, aside from consumables? What would be effective, but not break the bank and cause regret (or force me to sleep in the garage)?

Not even sure if I would actually get into it, but you never know. Your thoughts?
