Power Core Bullets and Thunder Charge cartridge

Should be right up the alley for Traditional Muzzleloaders nowadays...

MDM is now offering a tungsten core bullet that is sheathed in copper with a hollow point that they are calling the PowerCore in both 285 and 222 grains. They're saying impact velocity should be over 2000 fps.. great for that traditional RMC flintlock Pennsylvania upgrade.

They also have another neat little advancement for the traditional crowd, a bullet/cartridge complete. How cool is that? Full bore lead bullet (or sabot) with a Black Mag consumable "stick" affixed. Bullet with its own powerpack... Brings the traditional muzzleloaderist into the 20th century, inline with the modern centerfire cartridge ballistics...

So since we seem to have a cadre of folks here wanting to "experiment" with different bullets an all... and especially sabots... you all ought to be tickled with this news....
