Choke Constrictions

Thought I would mention that you might want to look at the Briley site at the choke constriction chart.

I was reading an article on line from a shotgun journal that was printed about 3 years ago. The article was about chke constrictions and listed the 12, 20, 28 and 410 choke constrictions as listed by Briley. Problem is that the chart then and now do not jive. The old article listed the 12 and 20 as the same with the 28 and 410 being the same but different from the rest.

The current constriction chart lists the 12 by itself and the 20 and 28 together with the 410 by itself.

Example: If you were shooting a 20ga or 28ga modified choke it would be .015, not the .020 of the 12 and the 410 would be .012
