PA luzerne countys shooting ranges

i was on the pgc site sunday morning checking out the status of the refurbishing of the shooting ranges in the northeast region, well according to the site the one on suscon road should be opened at the end of october2008, ok i jump in the car take my camera and decide to gofor a ride now this is the closest range to the city of wilkes-barre, guess what no where near completion the oncrete for the overhead prtection of the tables isn't even poured only framed out , amazing lots of dirtpiled up looks like thebackstops aren't even set , i took a few pictures and sent them to our local sportswriter in the local newspaper, he said he talked to one of the commissioners and was told because of the weatherthere was set backs, but they will be ready by the 28th of november, uh what weather we have had 4 glorious weeks of near summer like weather in the area they have been screwin the pooch for darn near 2 years with this range one of the busiest because of the population near it and easy access, i can't wait to see the 28th come i'll be waiting inline at the range 15 miles farther down the road in monroe county no way in hell will it be operable at suscon by the 28th of november maybe 2009 not 2008 our good hunting license fees not going to work for us
