New world record distance!
To anyone who has not heard this one yet, a British soldier has set a new world record distance sniper kill. The thing that makes it doubly unique is that it was a double kill (i.e. two shots, two kills) in one engagement.
The British soldier's name is Craig Harrison and he observed Taliban bad guys working at killing his commander and fellow soldiers. Two of the Taliban were in the correct place at the correct time. Mr Harrison kill one Taliban, changed point of aim and killed a second Taliban. The distance: 8,120 Ft. 2,706.67 Yrds. 1.54 Miles.
