Constitutional Carry

Adamand Skeet, There is still a problem, even if our Governor signs the Constitutional Carry bill, making it the law. I would be hesitant to expose a handgun unless it was damn near a certainty I would need to use it. In this state (WY) you can be charged with assualt for just pointing a handgun at someone. I am going to see the city attorney (a friend who used to be a county prosecutor) and have him explain the assualt laws to me. That needs to be cleared up and given to anyone who wants a copy. May take a while though.
