How Often do you CCW folks practice?

My question is in two parts: How do you practice and what do you practice? As an old firearms instructor, I spent 10 years conducing semi-annual qualifications for 100 federal agents in New England. Here in rural PA, I was shocked to find the local small town gun club nearby was VERY Politically Correct! They have rules about "No Silhouette or Humanoid Targets." There is "Nothing Tactical" allowed, which means NO drawing from the holster on the firing line, yadda, yadda!

I am happy to own an adjacent 60-acre hilly farm with impact areas for my handgun classes. As a Certified Instructor, I run my CCW classes as I see fit.

I am curious to learn how often other CCW folks practice and what that practice means. I shoot everyday. How often do other folks shoot?
