Act 281 Retired Lawman CCW.

Today I qualifed with my old duty gun, a Glock M19 9mm, and a M1911 .45 automatic under the requirements of Act 218. Act 218 was among legislation enacted after 9-11-01. The law says retired lawmen can carry on their credentials so long as they qualify annually. Today was the annually business.

I shot a 291 X 300 with the Glock and 282 X 300 with the M1911. The form certifying the qualifications lists the guns qualified on by make, model, caliber and serial number. I am good to go for another year.

The minimum score is 220 X 300 to qualify.
