Glock aftermarket sights, or sight alignment help

I think the problem is more me, than the gun.
The patern is only a few inches wide, its the vertical spread that is poor.

I only put 100rds through it, so it isnt realy broken in yet.
I am a noob with a handgun, so lack of practice probobly has ALOT to do with it.

Im tempted to file the front post down a little bit. Just so the alignment is normal.
