No, TD, every one of the world's next "runners" thinks they're smarter than the cops, and way smarter than that last runner.
After all, they already see runner after runner getting caught, but they still decide to floor it when it's their turn. But I do agree with your comment that if they're gonna show it at all, they need to show it in its entirety. Or it's another example of the media sanitizing the news and making it less than fully factual.
