Another reason why gun permit lists can be a problem

In the past the information of gun permit holders was compromised in my former New England state of residence. Once again, it was caused by failure of the records keepers to RESTRICT access to contractors of one sort or another.

Apparently the Berks County Sheriff is not fully computer literate, but he should be. Duh! Do the citizens pay extra for the Sherrif's lack of smarts? Is he currently becoming smarter?
