Baylian,
It may sound obvious but did you have the front sandbag under the stock or barrel? When I first began shooting with bags instead of a vise I found that a sandbag under the barrel to have a negative affect on accuracy. I assume this to be because it effectivley "unfloats" the barrel by not allowing it be free. Just a thought. Good luck. Brad
