Yes there is a higher Authority
The guy came back to my shop the next day accusing me of setting him up too. I didn't do nothing. The cop left before he did..and we were 5 ft from each other so I didn't set him up. Boy he was steamed though! Cop called me a few days later and told me the story! He laughed so hard... And so did I
