I just read that they docked at the Space Station safely, but that some padding and heat shield (small pieces) fell off the Shuttle. I guess, officially at least, they're saying it's no big deal.
Still, I always worry until they're safely back on the ground. I remember vividly when Challenger blew up. It was awful. GSG
